Customer service is at the centre of everything that we do at Boxtopia. Our team is always happy to speak to you on the phone or respond to emails with any questions you might have about deliveries, returns and other logistical considerations.
Boxtopia will always despatch items as quickly as possible, using an overnight courier to get your order to you with minimal delays. Boxes that can be made from our stock board will usually be despatched within just a few days, although if an order is very urgent, we will do our best to send it out the same/next day. If you have a special requirement, please contact us first.
For larger quantities, we will often need to order board cut to size ready for us to make the boxes. These orders require a lead time of seven to ten working days. Doing it this way means that there is less wasted board so we can keep prices lower for our customers.
For items that do not need to be manufactured, like many of our packaging accessories, expect despatch within one or two working days.
The cost of delivery varies depending on the type, size and quantity of items that you order from us. All of our single wall, double wall and die-cut boxes have delivery price tables on their pages. Delivery costs for box calculator products or other packaging items are visible any time you check your basket with the product inside.
The delivery information listed on the website is correct for mainland England, Wales and parts of Scotland. If you are ordering from UK islands, Highlands or another region, please contact us directly for a quote before placing your order to discuss delivery, as timescale and prices are likely to vary.
We always aim to manufacture and deliver packaging supplies that our customers will be proud to use. However, if you are unhappy with your order when it arrives, please let us know and we will investigate it immediately. Please be assured that a refund will be given for any valid claim, although
unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds and free collection for deliveries affected by ordering mistakes. It is the responsibility of our customers to ensure that they order the correct size and quantity of boxes. Please remember that any dimensions given on our website are INTERNAL measurements. Board thickness usually adds around 3 to 6 mm to the external dimensions of the whole box.
We are able to cancel orders if you change your mind before they are manufactured/despatched, but please be aware that cancellations will result in a £15 admin charge.
